We would like to invite you all to join us for...
St Anne's Summer Arts Festival!
on Wednesday 21st June, from 2.30 - 4.30pm
2.00pm onwards - Parents, grandparents and carers are asked to gather on the junior field. Please bring a picnic blanket to sit on, snacks, money for the ice cream van and make yourself comfortable!
2.30pm - The pupils of St Anne's will present to you an hour of 'SUMMER' themed music. Each year group will perform a song as a group, and there will also be a chance to see a selection of our school's talented musicians perform! The running order will be posted on the message board nearer the time. Children will sit in their classes and watch the other children in the festival, whilst waiting to perform/after performing. They may also bring in money for an ice cream cone, as teachers will offer children the chance to purchase these once they have performed. Details of specific ice cream prices will be set out via text nearer the time.
3.30pm - Children will return to class after performing, gather their usual belongings and be ready for collection by parents at the usual time, in their usual classroom places.
3.45 - 4.30pm - The junior hall will be set up in the style of an art gallery, where families can gather to view art work created by the children, also linked to the theme of 'SUMMER'. Both infant and junior work will be displayed for all to see, following on from our 'Art Afternoon' which all children will enjoy during school hours, on Monday 19th June.
Please save the date and watch the message board for more information nearer the time. We really hope many of you will be able to join us for what we hope will be a celebration of the talented pupils of St Anne's, a variety of music and art, and of course SUMMER!
