Dear Parents, Can I thank everyone for their support, this year, especially those Parents who managed to help with transport to all the events.
As it is our last fixture-Ruby this Saturday- can I ask for all Parents in year 5 and 6, to check they have returned all sports kit, from Football and Rugby. Unfortunately we have some kits missing and we will need them for Saturday and next years sport.
I will take this opportunity to thank the pupils in all year groups for their fantastic efforts this year. The year 6's are a great set of pupils who have achieved some superb results, and when we haven't won, we have been very gracious to the winners. The behaviour of all pupils, from year 3 to 6 has been of the highest standard. The number of pupils especially for cross country was really amazing when you consider how far we had to go to attend. I look forward to next year and wish the year 6's lots of luck in High school, they will be missed.
P.E. Kit. Parents, it is school policy that pupils have a P.E. Kit, in school, consisting of a top-shorts and pumps. Can I remind Parents that, A child cannot take part in P.E. without the proper kit-they may be able to do gym in the hall in bare feet, but they cannot go on the playground or the field in bare feet-school shoes should not be an option. Could Parents please check that the pupils pumps still fit-if they fall off when the child runs-they will not be able to participate. I hope you understand that this is not a personal request but School Policy. Thanks, Mr Thomas.
